SHIPPING

Our websites offer free standard shipping on all orders over $45 within the Canada. Bolver cosmetics reserves the right to change this shipping promotion at any time.

Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days using courier company. bolverhome.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal and holidays). Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

STANDARD SHIPPING

  • Most orders shipped via Courier company Shipping are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.
  • Most Standard orders are delivered within 2-5 business days from the order’s ship date (Please add 2-4 extra days for deliveries to The United States). Please note: most orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 3-8 business days of the order’s ship date.

Shipping to multiple addresses

At this time, we do not offer shipping to more than one location per order.


Return Policy

If the goods you’ve received are damaged, faulty, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund if you contact us within 7 working days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at bolverhome.com; we are unable to process exchanges or returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.

This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.

Returning Products

Please contact Customer Services via email for our Return policy.

Please remember to obtain and keep the proof of postage receipt and your tracking number. Courier charges for parcels are the responsibility of the customer.

Goods must be returned to us at our distribution centre within 10 working days of delivery to you or notifying us of cancellation. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed.

However, you return your parcel, please retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit and we are unable to accept returns of used products.

PROCESSING THE REFUND

If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will process the calculated refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. Provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 working days from delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation. You will receive email notification of your refund from our Customer Service Team.

If you have requested an exchange or replacement on your Returns note, this will be processed within approx. 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.
