RETURN POLICY
If the goods you’ve received are damaged, faulty, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund if you contact us within 7 working days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at bolverusa.com; we are unable to process exchanges or returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.
RETURNING PRODUCTS

Please remember to obtain and keep the proof of postage receipt and your tracking number. Courier charges for parcels are the responsibility of the customer.
Goods must be returned to us at our distribution centre within 10 working days of delivery to you or notifying us of cancellation. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed.
However, you return your parcel, please retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit and we are unable to accept returns of used products.
